This module will give participants an understanding of what it means to be resourceful, why resourcefulness is a critical competency in tough times and an appreciation of the characteristics of a resourceful leader as well as practical strategies to build resourcefulness

On completion of this module leaders will:
Understand and explain what resourcefulness and improvisation are
Understand the benefits of resourcefulness and improvisation, and the business case for resourcefulness and improvisation
Link resourcefulness and improvisation to other critical leadership behaviours: decision making, agility and change readiness
Understand the neuroscience of resourcefulness and improvisation
Assess and understand your resourcefulness and improvisation profile
Identify barriers and inhibitors to being resourceful and improvising
Apply practices, tool and techniques to be more resourceful and to improvise
